I must thank you once again for your humble reply to my mail. I really appreciate it so much and i am very happy to read from you, well from your response I can understand you are a responsible man, I think I have believe in you and together we can achieve this successfully.

I have this belief, saying Bismillah (In the Name of Allah) that this communication will later be a testimony in our life though we just known each other through internet which is now an easiest means of communication, though some bad eggs of wicked mind without conscience comes to make whats supposed to be good as bad but please read my message very well though it may be the least of what you expects from me since we are just new friends but like the meaning of my first name Sobia) what i am about to disclose to you now is very secrecy and confidential to me but i decided to let you know all about me due to the urgent need of my present poor situation here in hospital.

My names are Sobia Azzam, born and raised up in a Muslim family that cherish the principle of good moral child up bring in Islamic Republic of Libya. I decided to let you know everything about me because i have faith it was Masha allah (Allah's will) that lead me to know you after fasting and offering prayers to Allah. My late father, Mr, Adle Azzam of the blessed memory was a successful Civil engineer, he die two year ego. After my father's death i fail sick and have been receiving treatment in the hospital when rebels suicide bomber attack the hospital that left so many pupil death,i was lucky,just that i was seriously wounded and was rush to another hospital. Days after days due to this shock and having be afraid of loosing my life, i requested for a transfer to another hospital and a country that has pace. I took some of my late father file with me.

This is because after his burial, his lawyer handed the brief case to me,but as my situation became more critical every new day with his step wife trying kill me, i had no other choice than to disclose my situation to the NGO's and as (IDP's) they transported me to a one of the most peaceful country in the world (Senegal) for safety because they are without war before and i say Alhamdulillah (All Praise Be To Allah) for keeping me alive till today.

To my surprise One of the documents in the file given to me by my late father was a bond certificate of Three million, nine hundred thousand us dollars in one of the leading bank in Africa, (Senegal) of which i am the next of kin to the fund deposit, because in the bond certificates was written that should accident happen to the fund owner (my father) the next of kin would inherit the ($3.9 million) 

I have try my best to pull this money but because of my health and been hospitalize here i can not do anything. This bank hes requested that i open account with them,since aim not attaining 35 years but i am 24 years right now and due to my current status and position i cannot do it personally now while aim still hospitalize. I have communicated the account officer( manager) of the bank and he said a person with sick status can not transact with them being a clause from AOU and i need that money to be able to regain my normal life out of this hospital. 

I am also ready to relocate and meet with you once you help me out with all your heart. The bank manager also advised me to appoint a representative on my behalf as trustee partner and inform them so that they will communicate with you on my behalf on the possibilities of claiming the $3.9 million dollars.
