Most of the photos are from celebrities, singers or porn actresses. Some scammers also use pictures of real people. Make no mistake with a beautiful face. Behind a beautiful image hides an ugly man willing to steal his money. Most belong to gangs from countries such as Nigeria and Senegal.
In this blog you'll also find many text messages or chat screenshots in Google Hangouts. They are real conversations in between me and scammers willing to rip my money.
I create a post only when I'm sure I'm facing a scammer. I always do research before creating a new post. When I find references on other sites I include it within the post.
I have heard all kinds of stories: people fleeing from the war, people who have had their homes destroyed by a hurricane, soldiers who have found money boxes, women who want to invest in another country, and so on. Scammers create elaborate stories to engage their victims and ask for money. They often promise marriage and a great cash reward.
Follow one rule: NEVER send money to anyone. No matter the circumstances!
