There is a lot of evidences that this is a fake user.

About the phone number:

This number belongs to the city of Las Vegas in the state of Nevada. This is very strange for someone claiming to be from Wisconsin! The distance that separates Appleton from Las Vegas is over 2.400 km! This is very strange !! Why someone who lives in Wisconsin would be using a phone number Nevada region ??

A user of the Romance Scam forum reported receiving messages from a woman using the supposed name "Shelly Trombley"

There is other evidence. This user has written a long description of himself. However, he is using text that has been used in other profiles in other dating sites in the past. It's pretty much the same text. It's just the copy and paste job. As we can see, in the highlighted image. Another user presenting herself as Shelly and using pretty much the same description. In one profile she claims to be from Los Angeles, in the other she claims to be from Appleton - Wisconsin. In one profile she is 33 years old, and in the other is 34 years old. We can notice visibly by the image that it is not the same person.

Look well: do they look the same person ???

I've not finished yet. Let's take a look at this part of the profile description:

A scammer will never waste time creating a description. It will use ready text. Obviously, they are not looking to meet people. They just want to get past legitimate users. When looking at this very detailed description there is the impression that it is a real person. However, this text has been used many times. Here are some places to find it:

As we can verify: this same text is used continuously by users who are proven coup. You can also find numerous profiles on social networking sites that have just copied and pasted this text to create their description.

Let's look at the last part of the description. And there is nothing new: just a text often used by scammers. You can see this in the links below:
